On ISKRA, platform upgrades are part of the subscription, along with hosting and security patches. If a custom feature needs work to stay compatible, we quote that separately, so you know what you're paying for.

Yes. ISKRA has a separate B2B build, so trade stores don't carry consumer code. We handle customer-specific pricing, account hierarchies, quote workflows and ERP integrations. For Sanpol, that means more than 1,000 B2B clients, with pricing and client hierarchies coming from SAP.
Hosting, security patches, Magento version upgrades and support for the ISKRA core. Custom features, and support for them, are quoted separately, and your contract sets out where the line sits. Subscriptions run for one, two or three years. Support on its own starts from $1,500 a month.
