Magento 2 is around the corner, that’s a fact. At Snowdog we’re extremely excited to be one of the first Magento 2 Trained Solution Partners. New technologies, new features but also new challenges, that’s all we will face in next few months with Magento Commerce.
What’s the program about?
Program is designed only for certified Magento Partners who can prove Magento 2.0 skills & proficiency. By giving a badge of Magento 2 Trained Solution Partner, Magento confirms Snowdog’s readiness for long awaited Magento 2.0 version. We’ve been working a lot to prepare ourselves for this special time of release which aslo equals meeting all Magento requirements to get the badge.
But having a badge means also a great challenge: not only we need to be ready for Magento 2.0 release. Magento 2 Trained Solution Partner status brings a responsability of sharing knowledge, guiding merchants through difficult decisions and being partners to those who need advice on Magento 2.0 related issues.
Does anything change for our clients?
Yes and no.
No – for all relationships we currently have. We constantly work on our skills improvement, regardless of whether it is related to the badge or not. Long preparations to Magento 2.0 release started years ago. All recognition which Trained Partner status actually brings, is a result of hard work of our Magento Backend and Frontend Developers and Solution specialists.
Yes – for future partners and clients. Business relationships should be based on trust and reliability. But before building together such values there is – sometimes uneasy – time of trust credit. Choosing a company which knowledge and practice have been verified by Magento brings new quality to the table.
