What is Magebutton?
Magebutton lets customers place orders from Adobe Commerce stores with the press of a button. It's a fast and simple way for them to regularly buy their favourite products online. It's also inspired by the Internet of Things and a desire to enhance the shopping experience for frequently purchased and consumable goods with omnichannel commerce. By connecting a physical and virtual button to customers' online shopping carts, ordering and re-ordering items they regularly use has never been easier.
For convenience, customers can choose between a Virtual and Physical Magebutton, or combine both. While Physical Magebutton is a perfect reminder of the shopping when placed on the coffee machine, Virtual Magebutton resides in your customers' pockets and goes everywhere with them.
How does it work?
If customers are making a cup of coffee and remember that they need to restock, they can push their nearby physical Magebutton. Or, if they have just left the supermarket forgetting to stock up on coffee, they can re-order at their convenience through the app.
Thanks to the possibility of both physical and virtual buttons, customers can order anywhere, anytime. They can edit the shopping list anytime they want; therefore a change doesn't require the purchase of a new Magebutton. It is flexible, easy, and fast. Whether customers have a Virtual Magebutton, Physical Magebutton, or both, the process is simple:
