What you’ll be doing

  • Directly communicating with our clients on a daily basis, acting not only as a project manager, but also as their trusted advisor
  • Taking responsibility for project scheduling and delivery (usually around 2-5 projects at the same time, depending on their size and complexity)
  • Managing the project team
  • Having an actual impact on project growth, research and improvement
  • Developing your project management skills and technical knowledge through training and weekly self-development time
  • Sharing your ideas on how to improve existing processes and having an actual influence on how we run our projects

Apply if you can boast about your:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Theoretical understanding of web and mobile development technologies or/and technical background
  • Decent knowledge of usability and accessibility
  • Strong communication skills and fluency both in Polish and English (a lot of our clients and a few team members are English-speaking)
  • Knowledge of teamwork software & technologies (Git; Redmine or Jira)
  • Ability to self-manage during projects, pick priorities, identify issues and raise concerns or ideas to the team
  • Proactive approach, critical thinking and great decision-making skills
  • High motivation to learn new things

Even better if you also have:

  • Magento / Magento 2 Solution Specialist certificate
  • Experience in eCommerce projects
  • Experience in mobile application projects
